Our National Service Memorial is situated in the Eastern Forecourt of the Australian War Memorial. The bronze medallions depicting the tri-service badge taken from the front of the "Anniversary of National Service 1951-1972 Medal" and the badges of the Navy, Army and Air Force will be affixed just prior to the dedication service on Wednesday, 8th September. These have been donated by the Officer Training Unit Scheyville Association. A plaque will also be installed showing the history of National Service.
